Employee Benefits · Employee Benefits/Egress PodcastListen: Cybersecurity firm Egress has created a benefits package that offers support for its employees in many different areas of their working lives. In this episode of the Employee Benefits podcast, Laura Probert, chief people officer, details how the package is structured into key areas including work-life balance; mental, physical and financial wellbeing, and the recognition of the long service that employees have contributed to the business.
One of the benefits in which this support is most evident is its flexible-working initiative, Eflex. The scheme offers Egress employees various options through which they can take additional leave on top of their usual holiday allowance, ranging from an hour off a week, to swapping a bank holiday with annual leave.
In the podcast, Probert discusses why this initiative is a key component of Egress’ benefits proposition that aims to offer diverse support for its workforce.
