Tynan Barton is a business journalist and has been writing in the employee benefits and HR field for over 15 years. She joined Employee Benefits in 2010 as reporter, and has been features editor since 2011.
Tynan regularly writes and edit articles on all employee benefits issues, including healthcare and wellbeing, mental health, pensions, financial education, and employee motivation, recognition and engagement. Tynan also hosts the Employee Benefits podcast, which explores a different employer’s reward and benefits strategy each month. Tynan is the recipient of three Willis Towers Watson Media Awards; workplace health and wellbeing journalist of the year (2014), employee benefits journalist of the year (2021) and pay, reward and employee benefits journalist of the year (2022).
