Listen: For Jet Plant Hire, a driving factor in providing a valued benefits proposition for its whole workforce is ensuring that it provides a wide enough range that meets everyone’s needs and requirements.
In this episode of the Employee Benefits podcast, Sarah Davies, head of people performance at Jet Plant, explains how key to achieving this goal is being agile enough to be able to put benefits in place that employees want or might ask for. Involving employees through regular communication and feedback helps the employer ensure that its benefits package remains relevant and appreciated.

Career history

Sarah Davies, head of people performance, joined Jet Plant in the last year. She started her people career through recruitment, supporting NHS trusts, then moved into civil engineering and construction.
“I was then one of the first civilian-based recruiters for the British Army focusing on long term career and lifestyle choices, moving further into the rewards, benefits, talent development and international talent within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) world. I found my love for all things human resources and organisational design,” she says.
“There are so many amazing things I have been part of, from individuals realising their superpowers to an international business core values launch. I believe that people make a business grow.”
