Software firm Cisco, hotel chain Hilton and security awareness training platform KnowBe4 have been named as some of the Best Workplaces for Millennials 2024 by global workplace culture firm Great Place To Work.
Its certification is used as a global benchmark for identifying and recognising outstanding employee experiences and how consistently an organisation has a high-trust workplace. Employees take part in a confidential and voluntary survey about workplace culture, employee experience and leadership behaviours. The answers are then used to create the list.
KnowBe4 secured 27th position overall, with 89% of its 1,291 employees saying it is a great place to work. It also ranked third on the Best Workplaces in Technology 2024 and fifth on Best Workplaces in UAE 2024 lists.
