Admiral Group, Hilton and DHL Express have named as some of Fortune World’s Best Workplaces for 2025.
The list is compiled by Fortune’s research partner Great Place to Work. It is based on more than nine million survey responses, representing 25 million global workers’ experiences of their employers and workplaces.
To be eligible for the list, organisations must employ at least 5,000 workers globally and have appeared on at least five Best Workplaces lists in Asia, Europe, Latin America, Africa, North America, or Australia during 2024 or early 2025.
According to the survey, 95% of Admiral Group employees think it is a diverse and inclusive employer, while the majority would recommend it to friends and family as a great place to work, and feel it is fun to work there.
The top 10 World’s Best Workplaces for 2025 are:
- Hilton

- AbbVie
- Teleperformance
- Stryker

- MetLife
A Fortune spokesperson said: “Using the Great Place to Work proprietary trust index survey, we measure what we know creates great workplaces, key behaviours that drive trust in management, connection with colleagues, and loyalty to the organisation. The survey enables employees to share confidential feedback about their organisation’s culture.
“Employees tell us whether leaders are accessible, communicate honestly and clearly, and if their actions match their words. They tell us whether they feel respected, if they receive training, benefits, appreciation, wellbeing support and opportunities to contribute. They tell us whether their employer is fair related to pay, profits, promotions, recognition and opportunities. They tell us if they are proud of their work, if they feel they make a difference and their work is meaningful. They tell us whether they enjoy the people they work with, feel cared for, and can be themselves.”
Zareena Brown, chief people officer of Admiral Group, said: “We’re thrilled to, once again, be named one of the World’s Best Workplaces. Admiral employees across the world bring amazing energy, passion and teamwork, whether that’s supporting each other up or working together to help our customers to look after what they care about most. Our unique and supportive culture is why people stay here and is key to our success as a business.”
