
Coventry Building Society, Aviva and Hilton have been named some of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing 2025.
The list, which was established by Great Place to Work, is determined based on the findings of its culture experts, who analyse employee surveys to assess their holistic experiences of wellbeing at work. Assessed wellbeing facets include work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction and financial security.
Coventry Building Society ranked 20th on the list of super large organisations, due to its range of physical and mental wellbeing benefits. These include access to cancer screening, a digital GP, financial wellbeing sessions, and designated time for activities to enrich employees’ wellbeing and personal development.
