Pension

  • Group self-invested personal pension (Sipp) plan. New joiners have the flexibility to make a minimum 3% employee contribution which they can increase over time, if they choose to do so. Employer contribution is dependent on the employee age: 39 and under is 8%; 40 to 49 years is 9%; 50 years and over is 12%.

Group risk

  • Group income protection offered as a core benefit, employer paid. Cover is defaulted at 75% of base salary.

Healthcare and wellbeing 

  • Private medical insurance, employer paid, with four options of medical cover: single, couple, single paren and family, family.  
  • Employee health assessment, employee paid, which includes seven assessment options to choose from depending on the type of checks that the employee feel are most important for them. 
  • Health cash plan, employee paid, which provides employees with cashback for healthcare expenses including glasses, contact lenses, dental check-ups and physiotherapy. This can include their spouse or partner, children (up to the age of 18) are automatically covered at no extra cost.

Holidays

  • Up to 25 working days annual leave rising up to 30 days with service, in addition to the statutory public holidays.
