Employee recognition schemes

  • Shout Out and Shine Local awards: can be peer-to-peer or manager nominations. These celebrate someone who goes above and beyond or clearly live the organisation’s values. All heads, or directors where applicable, hold a pot of Perkbox points and can give them out to colleagues.
