Listen: Yorkshire Housing understands the importance of a benefits package that supports employees at all life stages. It has developed a reward and benefits approach to achieve this goal and offeres staff a package that allows them to tailor benefits according to their needs.

In this episode of the Employee Benefits podcast, Sarah Hutchinson, director of people and culture, explains how the social housing provider has made some changes to its suite of family-friendly benefits to provide much-needed support to employees. The organisation recognises the pressures that employees face, whether that is when starting a family or raising children, and also how valuable paid family leave is to individuals.
