Popeyes UK

Restaurant chain Popeyes UK, technology firm ServiceNow UK and HubGem Marketing have been named as some of the World’s Happiest Workplaces for 2026.

The World’s Happiest Workplaces List is a global database on workplace happiness with more than 100,000 organisations from 50 countries. The organisations are noted for going above and beyond to provide a great experience for their employees.

Employers are entered and ranked based on employees’ happiness scores after completing the free and anonymous Happy At Work Test by WorkL. It analyses their happiness in their role by asking questions on wellbeing, job satisfaction, reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment and instilling pride.

Organisations can qualify as a World Happiest Workplace if they score above 70%.

Popeyes ranked within the top 15% of organisations. It was praised for its commitment to fostering a culture where people thrive and its people-first approach, as its workforce has grown to more than 3,500 employees since entering the UK market in November 2021.
