Weber Shandwick introduces work-from-anywhere policy

Global communications agency Weber Shandwick has launched a mobility programme that enables employees to move to a different office temporarily or permanently within its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions.

Through the ‘Access All Areas’ programme, staff have the opportunity to work in a different office around the network for up to two weeks to get to know a new city, work flexibly from a location of their choice for up to 45 days within a year, and permanently relocate to a different country to work. Weber Shandwick introduced the policy through its online hub.

According to the agency, which already offers flexible work arrangements where roles and locations permit, the policy was implemented in order to reinforce its commitment to its employees’ work-life balance and wellbeing.
