  • A master trust scheme; employee contributions range from 1.5% to 6% and over, and the employer pays between 9 and 12%.

  • Health cash plan. The core level is funded by the employer for all staff members. Employees have the option to pay to upgrade cover and include family members. The plan gives £75 towards dental treatment and £75 towards optical treatment.
