The organisation operates a flexible benefits package with a cash pot for each employee to ensure they have maximum choice of perks that suit their own needs and lifestyles. The package has been curated to ensure that the long-term and short-term financial wellbeing of employees is supported, with benefits such as life insurance and critical illness insurance. In addition and in response to the cost-of-living crisis, the employer offered a £1,200 payment to 70% of it's workforce in the last quarter of 2022.
