Enable Law has launched an enhanced inclusive parental leave policy and mortgage benefit.
The firm, which has offices in Plymouth, Bristol, Exeter, London, Truro, Taunton and Southampton, is part the Foot Anstey group.
It has expanded its family support package to offer six months of full parental leave to all employees, regardless of gender. The enhanced policy sits as part of its family-forming package, which has been designed to assist hopeful and expecting families and parents and underline its family-friendly ethos.
The firm has also launched a mortgage support benefit to provide one-to-one access to mortgage advisers in order to help staff tackle the complexities of the mortgage market.
It has introduced these policies as part of its aim to strengthen its ability to attract and retain talented individuals.
Rob Antrobus, head of Enable Law, said: “Enable Law prides itself on putting people first and that’s why we have introduced one of the best parental leave packages in the legal sector. Offering six months of fully paid parental leave gives all our people the time, support and financial security they need to care for their families and to support personal growth and fulfil professional potential. The family-forming package represents a vital step towards achieving greater equality in caregiving responsibilities and it will strengthen our ability to attract and retain talented and dedicated individuals.”
Kerri O’Driscoll, head of reward and people delivery at Foot Anstey, added: “Giving our people time and financial security to support their families through early development stages is a vital step towards achieving greater equality in caregiving responsibilities. We know that supporting our people through different life stages allows them to achieve their full potential.”
