Alex Bradshaw

Enra Specialist Finance

Enra Specialist Finance has appointed Alex Bradshaw as its first chief people officer.

The firm is composed of lender West One and finance brokerage Aria Finance.

This is a new role within the organisation and is part of its commitment to developing employees with work structures that foster a performance-driven culture, in which they can thrive. The appointment is part of its aim to become the destination firm for the industry’s top talent, as it continues to grow.

Bradshaw will play a role in empowering employees and supporting the firm’s continued growth and ambition by championing people development and building supportive, high-performing cultures. With her more than 25 years of HR and people leadership experience, she will lead the ongoing development and expansion of Enra’s human resources functions and strategies.

Most recently, Bradshaw was responsible for leading the people team at an electrical contractor through a business sale, two acquisitions and a major culture shift. Prior to that, she led HR at London Luton Airport, where she oversaw its growth over the span of eight years and key projects related to remuneration policy, reward structures, and talent development.

Danny Waters, chief executive officer for Enra Specialist Finance, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Alex to Enra at such a pivotal time for the business. Her extensive experience and proven leadership in people strategy will be invaluable as we continue to scale our operations and invest in our people. Attracting and developing the best talent is fundamental to our sustained success, and Alex’s appointment ensures we remain at the forefront of the specialist property finance industry.”
