Kelly-Anne Morris (pictured left), regulatory specialist and fertility lead, Lisa Yorke (pictured middle), reward and remuneration specialist (HR), and Dawn Del Busso (pictured right), team leader and menopause lead at Cadent will present a session about fertility and the menopause at Employee Benefits Live 2023.
Titled Fertility and menopause matters, the session will take place on Tuesday 3 October at 12pm in Theatre Four.
Part of the conference’s menopause, fertility and pregnancy stream, it will tell the story of how Cadent became both a fertility-friendly and menopause-friendly accredited firm, and how it supports its employees while promoting best practice in order to inspire others.
The session will also cover how to start conversations on the topic and how to challenge the status quo, while exploring what organisations currently offer staff going through fertility or menopause, what support is available and how can this be implemented or improved.
“Myself, Cadent’s menopause lead and one of our HR professionals will discuss the topic areas of menopause and fertility, including how we implemented policies, guidance documents, training for line managers and staff, resources, education material and much more,” Morris said. “We will explore how to collaborate and share best practice, reach out to other employers to see what they are doing, and to utilise best practice.”
She hopes delegates attending the session will be inspired to implement similar practices into their workplace to support their employees.
Employee Benefits Live 2023 will take place on Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 October 2023 at ExCeL London.
