Iris Cremers

GoodHabitz

Online corporate learning provider GoodHabitz has appointed Iris Cremers as its new chief human resources officer as part of its global strategic growth strategy aim to strengthen its senior leadership.

In her new role, Cremers will use her unique lens on client challenges, and perspective of both a typical learning and development customer and a learning leader, to ensure GoodHabitz fully practices what it preaches in its own new learning strategy.

Under her leadership, the provider’s HR team will act as an internal case study for the platform. It will focus on enhancing leadership development at all levels, promoting diversity, equity and inclusion, and building a culture of continuous learning.

With more than two decades of senior HR and consulting experience, she has held leadership roles at PwC, DSM Firmenich, and most recently at GoodHabitz’s parent firm Prosus, where she managed HR for its portfolio organisations.

Cremers said: “My career has given me a huge breadth of experience in how HR strategy supports and drives business success. I’m excited to bring this to GoodHabitz at what is a truly exciting and pivotal time in its global growth journey. There’s so much opportunity ahead and people strategy is central to making it all happen.”

Annabelle Vultee, CEO of GoodHabitz, added: “Iris’ appointment is a big step in the GoodHabitz story. Her leadership will not only shape our future people strategy, but also allow us to raise the bar amongst her HR leader peer group. As a learning and development business, we have a responsibility to set the standard for best-in-class practices and lead by example. With Iris at the helm, we will make sure we live and breathe the practice we preach.”
