Microsoft, cloud-based HR management firm ADP and HR software platform Workday have been named as some of the best companies for women in 2026.
Workplace culture and corporate brand reputation platform Comparably complies the annual list, which recognises the top-rated workplaces according to women.
The rankings were based on sentiment feedback from current female employees who anonymously rated their satisfaction in nearly 20 workplace categories. These included satisfaction with executive leadership and chief executive officers, career growth and professional development, compensation, and perks and benefits.
The platform said that for fairness and statistical significance, additional weight was given to employers with more employee participation.
ADP ranked top of the large organisations list due to its overall work culture. One employee stated within the feedback: “ADP provides equal opportunities and encourages women to grow and excel. The open culture allows me to interact with various levels, starting from C-level executives to team level.”
Meanwhile, Sectigo ranked top of the small and medium-sized organisations list, with 97% of reviews being positive. An employee stated: “Everyone is supportive and happy to help individually and collectively. This team is amazing and strives to exceed expectations.”
