Career history

Laurence Feather joined Connaught Care in February 2025. He has previously held positions including HR administration, people advisor, HR business partner, HR manager, people experience manager, and now head of people.
Throughout his career, he is proud of the work he has put in to winning awards. ”I’ve won a few in-company awards around innovation and recently I’ve been nominated for a national award for learning and development, as well as another award for wellbeing innovation,” he says.
