London-based search engine optimisation agency Reboot Online has launched its nomad working policy abroad in recognition of the evolving work landscape and to offer its more than 40 employees greater flexibility.
Through the policy, employees at Reboot will be given the autonomy to work from any location of their choosing, including a different city or country, for a maximum of four weeks a year. By providing this option for employees, the agency’s goal is to inspire a more diverse and inclusive work environment and aims to foster creativity, productivity and a healthier work-life integration.
According to Reboot, the policy embodies its commitment to adapt to the changing needs of its dynamic workforce and is a reflection of its core values of collaboration and excellence. By embracing digital nomadism, the agency intends to enrich employees’ experience and attract and retain top talent.
Shai Aharony, chief executive officer and founder of Reboot Online, said: “Creating an exceptional culture has always stood at the heart of our agency's mission. We’ve already blazed trails with progressive policies like the four-day work week, hybrid work arrangements and flexible hours. However, we're still ceaselessly seeking new avenues to empower our diligent staff to live lives to their fullest.
“With that in mind, we are thrilled to introduce our nomad working policy which is a huge testament to our dedication to employee wellbeing, and a reflection of our confidence in their ability to deliver exceptional results nevertheless. We envision this added flexibility as a means to enhance one’s work experience, enabling people to immerse themselves in diverse cultures, breathtaking landscapes, and inspiring environments, all without dipping into their holiday days.”
Reboot’s employee benefits include flexible working hours, the opportunity to work remotely, a four-day working week and a pension scheme.
