Global logistics provider Asendia UK has been certified as a Great Place To Work for 2025 due to its commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
Great Place To Work is an authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviours that drive employee retention, innovation, and strong financial performance. Asendia employs over 1,500 people in Europe, UK, Asia Pacific and the US.
The award is based on feedback from current employees, with Asendia’s results exceeding the average at a typical UK firm in multiple areas.
Four-fifths (80%) of Asendia UK staff believe it is a great place to work, 91% said it is a physically safe place to work, and 90% said people are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientatio)n.
Furthermore, 88% felt genuinely welcomed when joining and 87% said they can take time off when needed, while the same figure believe people are treated fairly regardless of gender.
Asendia UK was also recognised due to its continued investment in its culture by expanding its flexible working policies, launching new professional development initiatives, and strengthening its internal communications channels. These not only improved employee engagement, but also enhanced collaboration and innovation.
