Amazon offer several benefits to employees through coronavirus outbreak

Online retail giant Amazon has received certification as a top employer in Europe for 2023, for its dedication to creating a better work environment through HR policies and people practices.

Certification from the Top Employers Institute is based on the results of an HR best practices survey, covering six HR areas consisting of 20 topics, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing and more. The institute acknowledges the quality of an employer’s work environment, professional development opportunities and programmes available to employees.

Amazon, which employs more than 200,000 staff in permanent roles across Europe, obtained certification across all of its European activities, including its operations network, corporate offices, Amazon Web Services, and customer service and research and development centres.

It was recognised for the development and wellbeing of its employees, competitive salary, benefits and opportunities for career growth, and safe, inclusive and modern work environment.
