Victoria and Albert (V and A) Dundee has added a range of discounts and free memberships to its employee benefits package.

All 80 members of staff at the Scottish design museum can access the new benefits, which are provided by Boundless, the membership club for public sector and civil service workers. V and A Dundee has added its Boundless Plus membership, which normally costs £78 a year, to its employee value proposition.

Employees can access more than 1,000 UK cultural spaces with the National Art Pass, discounted member days out at some UK attractions, online talks, masterclasses and a variety of local and exclusive events organised by Boundless members.

In addition, they can access unlimited entry to all National Trust for Scotland places and sites cared for by Historic Royal Palaces, including Hampton Court Palace and the Tower of London. They also have unlimited complimentary access to all Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust centres across the UK, kids-go-free deals on days out through Kids Pass, discounts on cinema tickets with the Cinema Society, and dining deals with Tastecard, among others.

As part of the partnership, the V and A Dundee team will additionally be able to access ongoing support and webinars from Boundless to help them explore the benefits available to them.

Ailsa Suttie, head of people at V and A Dundee, said: “Working with the team at Boundless, who have provided us with a wholesale solution for staff benefits, has been easy and represents great value for money. Our staff have enjoyed the experiences and savings Boundless offers and the fact it puts the individual at the centre of its approach.”
