EXCLUSIVE: TalkTalk has implemented total reward statements for employees to use on the go.
The move, which is part of the launch of a new HR system, Workday, for the employer’s 2,200 employees towards the back end of 2014, allows staff to view their total remuneration package that includes: pay, allowances, bonuses, commission, employer-paid benefits such as pension, life assurance and private medical insurance.
It also includes the cost of the organisation’s discounted products that employees have available to them.
The programme generates the information in real-time to allow employees to see any change in a package as it is updated.
TalkTalk has also included a section on its portal to reflect an employees’ flexible benefits choices, to showcase the further benefits an employee receives.
Staff can access their statements on mobiles, pcs and tablets.
Jenny Davidson, interim head of reward at TalkTalk, said: “Employees get an instant real-time view of the pay and benefits package that they receive from the organisation.
“It is all in one place, it is produced in real time so that if anyone has a change in salary or benefits spend then it is reflected on the total reward statement instantly, which is important to us.”
