Process automation firm Camunda has appointed Barbie Brewer as its new chief people officer.
In her new role, Brewer will be focused on ensuring that Camunda’s more than 500 remote employees enjoy a fantastic work environment to support its growth as it continues to build a diverse, collaborative and productive international workforce.
Alongside talent acquisition, she will oversee all people management matters at Camunda and play a role in promoting its culture and ‘FAITH’ values, which stands for focus, ambition, integrity, talent, and humour.
She has 20 years of experience in HR and people management across a variety of industries. Brewer has served as chief people officer at Safe Security and held people team leadership roles at GitLab, Netflix and ClickUp.
