Direct Line Group has appointed Jane Storm chief people officer, from February 2025.
Storm, who will also join the group’s executive committee, will succeed Vicky Wallis, who is retiring. Storm will use her ability to guide organisations through periods of rapid transformation in her new role.
She previously held the role of group people director at EasyJet and gained significant financial services expertise as chief people officer at Saga. From her senior HR director roles at Tesco, Storm gained extensive experience in fast-paced consumer retail environments.
