Podcast: VMware establishes support benefits to prevent employee burnout

Prior to joining VMware in October 2014, Anthea Cassano held the role of compensation and benefits manager in a number of different sectors ranging from market research, telecommunications, HR and payroll technology and IT services. Cassano has successfully implemented online benefits platforms across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, set up benefits plans in new countries, and most recently implemented flexible benefits at VMware.
