Internet service provider Zen Internet has appointed Maxine Blackwell director for people and culture. 

With a focus on people, planet, and purpose, Blackwell will shape the employer’s people strategy. She has also become executive committee sponsor of Zen’s Women in Tech network, and its environmental and B Corp working groups, in order to drive initiatives that align with its commitment to its people and the planet. 

With experience across the law, manufacturing, retail and social housing sectors, Blackwell has achieved results in fast-paced environments at board level.
