Measurabl, a sustainability data platform for real estate, has appointed Marta Patlan as its new senior vice president, people and culture.
Patlan will lead the organisation’s global people strategy, which includes employee experience, talent development, and organisational culture. In her role, she will ensure the firm remains a premier workplace as it continues to grow globally.
With more than 20 years of experience in human capital leadership, Patlan has built and led teams across the pharmaceutical, technology, and gaming sectors. She has expertise in employee engagement, performance management, total rewards, internal communications, and diversity and inclusion.
She has held senior roles at Sportradar, Aristocrat, and Brightstar, where she launched initiatives that reduced attrition, increased internal mobility, and led improvements in representation and employee engagement.
Patlan’s appointment is the latest in a series of leadership hires as part of the organisation’s aim to scale globally.
