
Hospitality firm Accor has appointed Laurent Choain as its new global chief people and culture officer and member of its group management board.
As of 1 April, Choain will shape Accor’s talent agenda. He will focus on evolving the group’s culture, attracting top-tier professionals, and fostering continuous growth and development opportunities for all employees globally.
He will also serve on the premium, midscale and economy executive committee.
Choain has held senior roles at Forvis Mazars, Groupe Caisse d’Epargne, which is now BPCE, and Kempinski Hotels and Resorts.
He has more than three decades of international HR leadership experience and an understanding of human capital development, organisational culture, and leadership. He also actively contributes to the broader management, HR, and cultural community through various governance and advisory roles.
