Midlands-based housing association Platform Housing Group has reported a mean gender pay gap of -3.08%, down from -4.2% in 2023.

In its 2024 Gender pay gap report, the organisation reported a -1.6% median gender pay gap, down from -3.2% in 2023. The mean gap means that women on average earn 3.08% more than men, while the median gap means that, on average, women earn 1.6% more than men.

Its lower pay quartile consists of 51% women and 49% men, while its upper pay quartile comprises 44% women and 56% men.

Platform Housing Group’s mean ethnicity pay gap for 2024 was 3.3%, down slightly from 3.4% in 2023, while its median ethnicity pay gap stood at -1.97%, up from -0.5% in 2023. 

Its mean disability pay gap for 2024 was 8.11% and its median disability pay gap was 3.55%. 

Platform Housing Group, which employs more than 2,000 employees, voluntarily publishes its ethnicity and disability pay gap data to underscore its dedication to workplace equity and transparency.
