Experts from Tyler Grange, Lendlease and the Ministry of Justice will explore the subject of mental health resilience and improving working relationships at Employee Benefits Live 2022, taking place at ExCeL London.
Dr Antonia Dietmann, head of organisation and behaviour development at the Ministry of Justice, will give a presentation titled ‘Improving working relationships through social connections’ on Wednesday 5 October at 2:30pm in Theatre Three.
Sponsored by Prezzee, it will be part of the engagement, motivation and recognition stream and will cover the value of social connections at work, and sharing information, resources, and support.
The following day, Simon Ursell, managing director at Tyler Grange, will lead a presentation titled ‘Creating an authentic workplace through mental resilience for employees’. This will take place as part of the mental health resilience stream on Thursday 6 October at 11:15am in Theatre Two.
Ursell will discuss the four-day week pilot, which Tyler Grange is currently taking part in, the challenges of a professional career and mental health journey, and how to reduce absenteeism by 70%.
On the same day, at 1pm in Theatre Two, Lendlease’s Mark Greenwald, benefits and wellbeing adviser for Europe, Paul Hay, EHS training manager, health and safety for Europe, will run a ‘How to Workshop: Mental health resilience’.
Delegates attending this session will learn about the fundamentals to a successful mental health strategy, such as raising awareness of the issues while driving engagement, why education should be the core of a strategy, and how success can be measured through the support provided.
