Ice cream brand Mackie’s of Scotland has appointed Jordan Noble as its first people and development manager as part of its focus in on its commitment to employee engagement and workforce development.
Noble joins the organisation after spending five years with food manufacturing firm Joseph Robertson.
In her new role, she will implement a tailored and dedicated people and development strategy to take the organisation and its employees forward in a way that customers, clients and stakeholders can be proud of, while also considering the wider community and social and economic impacts on the region.
