Incentive pay or performance-related pay

  • Variable pay schemes: minimum of the higher of either 7.5% of pay or £2,100 on-target earnings (OTE). Performance-related pay is paid via a matrix and depending on salary and end of year review rating could add between another 0.5% to 9% onto base pay increases.
