Greater Than One Group – the global marketing and communications agency with offices in London, USA and Barcelona – has announced the appointment of Carol Fraser as its new chief people officer.
Fraser will have responsibility for leading the company’s people and development strategy, with a specific remit to grow the internal capabilities of staff.
She joins the company bringing more than 20 years’ senior HR experience with her. Immediately before taking on her new role, she was chief human resources officer at Municipal Credit Union, and before that she was VP (HR) at Northwell Health. Fraser has also enjoyed roles at Openlink Financial, Dakota Planet and Digitas (now Publicis).
