Incubeta chief people officer

International marketing business Incubeta has appointed Meg Phelps as its new global chief people officer.

Phelps will be adopting a skills-first approach to strengthen Incubeta’s talent pool, with a wider people offering that flexes to suit the needs of different generations.

She will drive operating model transformation and ensure the people experience is fully aligned. Under her leadership, the global people team will aim to bring more opportunities for individual growth and global connection, further strengthening Incubeta’s culture of innovation and excellence.

With a diverse background spanning central government, 10 Downing Street, construction, outdoor advertising and global public relations, Phelps has gained a broad perspective on how to build strong business strategies with people at the forefront.

Phelps said: “Incubeta’s culture and values are fully in line with my own philosophy on giving people the freedom to push the boundaries of what they do and how they do it. The leadership team here already recognise that their people are their number one advantage and I’m very proud to be joining them. My initial priorities are to listen, to get to know the amazing work Incubeta does for its clients, and to build a strategy that will further align and connect the incredible people who work here.”

Lars Lehne, global chief executive officer at Incubeta, added: “We are thrilled to have Meg joining our global team. Her people-centric mantra is one that deeply connects with us, and her varied background demonstrates her ability to quickly adapt to new scenarios, which is crucial for the fast-paced world of digital marketing. We are extremely excited to see the impact she will have on our people, and on the organisation as a whole.”
