Bensons for Beds and Kraft Heinz have been shortlisted in the Best benefits to support families category at the Employee Benefits Awards 2026.
The award, which is a new category for 2026, recognises benefits offerings that support staff with family life. An example of this would be employees on their journey to parenthood, regardless of their gender.

The Employee Benefits Awards, now in its 24th year, recognises those driving excellence through their reward and benefits strategies.
There are 18 categories for 2026, which include Best motivation or recognition scheme, Best pensions strategy, Best financial wellbeing strategy, Best healthcare and wellbeing benefits and Best mental health strategy. Achievements in alignment of benefits to business strategy, benefits communications, and diversity, equity and inclusion will also be recognised.
In addition, The Grand Prix award recognises the standout entry among the winners and is presented to the employer that has most impressed the judges.
The daytime event, which will be held at the Honourable Artillery Company, London on Friday 26 June, will include a drinks reception, three-course meal, entertainment and the chance to network with industry professionals.
