The deadline for the annual Employee Benefits Awards closes on Friday 11 December 2015, so don’t delay.
The awards ceremony provides the chance to showcase the outstanding work that reward and benefits professionals have conducted over the past year, recognising benefits approaches that have made a significant difference to organisations and their employees.
The annual event celebrates best-in-class strategies across a range of benefits, from financial education and employee share schemes, to global benefits and total reward statements.
This year, there are three new categories to enter: Best use of benefits technology; Best healthcare communications; and Best benefits strategy for a multi-generational workforce.
The award for Best use of benefits technology will recognise how an employer has best utilised and adapted technology to suit its benefits package, its business aims and its employees’ needs. For example, how has technology been tailored to meet the requirements of an organisation?
The Best healthcare communications award will recognise impressive strategies and materials used to spread the word of an employer’s healthcare benefits, while the award for Best benefits strategy for a multi-generational workforce will celebrate the most effective strategy put in place to support the needs of employees throughout their working lives.
With the addition of the new awards, Employee Benefits Awards now offers 23 categories to enter.
Winners will be announced at the Employee Benefits Awards and Summer Party on 3 June 2016 at The Artillery Gardens at the HAC.
