Employee benefits technology provider Epassi Group has acquired employee benefits platform Zest.
As part of the acquisition, Matt Russell, chief executive officer (CEO) of Zest has been appointed CEO of the whole Epassi UK organisation.
Through the partnership, Epassi and Zest aim to offer a more compelling service and product suite to cater to the needs of UK organisations, and boost the wellbeing of all employees.
The acquisition is also intended to support and expand Epassi’s UK growth ambitions and product offering, and is part of its broader strategy to deliver scalable, technology-driven benefit services across Europe. Epassi currently operates in Finland, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, the UK, and Ireland, and reaches more than 22 million employees.
It additionally marks a significant step in Epassi’s continued expansion across Europe and its goal of being one of the top European technology platforms within the employee benefits and engagement industry.
