UK tabletop games and Warhammer figurine maker Games Workshop is to share a £20 million bonus pot among its UK employees.

The Nottingham-based employer will pay the bonus in cash on an equal basis as part of its group profit share scheme to each member of staff in recognition of their contributions to its financial results.

Its core revenue was up 13% year-on-year to £560 million for the 52 weeks ended 1 June 2025. Meanwhile, its core profit increased 20% year-on-year to £210 million. The employer’s full results will be published in its upcoming 2025 annual report on 29 July.

A Games Workshop spokesperson said: “As in the prior year, in recognition of our staff’s contribution to these results, and included in arriving at the profit before taxation estimate above, we will have paid during the year group profit share cash payments amounting to around £20 million. These are paid in cash on an equal basis to each member of staff.”

Last year, Games Workshop shared an £18 million bonus pot among staff. The year prior it awarded group profit share payments worth a total of £11 million to employees, while its shop workers, model makers, designers and support staff received a £2,500 Christmas bonus, £1,000 more than 2022, after half-year profits rose by more than 12%.
