UK legal services group Lawfront has appointed Rachel Street chief people officer.
Street will play a role in supporting Lawfront’s network of regional firms. She will lead on people-focused initiatives across the group, supporting talent acquisition, talent development and retention strategies, and enhancing its people and culture function.
With 20 years of experience in HR leadership and consultancy roles, Street has extensive people leadership and strategy knowledge. She is skilled in a range of HR disciplines, including talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations.
