Funds, corporate and private client services provider Oak Group has appointed Anna Sauvarin as its new chief people officer.

Based in Guernsey, Sauvarin will head up Oak’s people and culture team, playing a role in driving its strategic growth and development across its four jurisdictions and supporting its inorganic growth to ensure the smooth integration of new businesses into the group.

She will be responsible for refreshing its people strategy, enhancing the employee value proposition, and have responsibility for learning and development, performance management, and reward and recognition.

With more than 20 years of experience in human resources and commercial roles, Sauvarin has expertise in learning and development, talent management, and employee engagement.
