International SME funder Bibby Financial Services (BFS) has appointed Hannah Bloxham HR director as part of its growth strategy.
Part of the Bibby Line Group, BFS has more than 1,000 employees across Europe and Asia.
Bloxham has 20 years of experience in HR leadership and international experience within the financial services sector. She spent four years covering France, Spain, Italy and Germany, and a further three years as head of HR for the Asia Pacific region while based in Hong Kong, both with Siemens Financial Services.
Her most recent role was HR director - reward, employee relations and insights at the Office for National Statistics, serving an employee base of 5,000 employees, and she has also held senior positions at Siemens and across the British Civil Service.
A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Bloxham was shortlisted with her team for a CIPD Award in 2023.
