Gardner Leader has appointed Sarah Hunt HR director, as part of its focus on strengthening its reputation as an employer of choice and its commitment to attracting and retaining the best legal talent.

Hunt’s expertise includes building HR functions and people-focused strategies from the ground up. She is also skilled in delivering HR policies and systems that cover employee relations, learning and development, training programmes, reward, recruitment, performance and line management, and employment law.

With more than 30 years’ experience, Hunt’s background includes small, medium and large corporate environments across utilities, financial services and IT services under both private and public ownership. She has held positions at Thames Water, Prudential, and IT provider ESP Global Services.
