UK parcel carrier Yodel has appointed Alison Richardson as its new HR director as of this month.
Richardson will lead the full people division with overall responsibility for all 30 HR workstreams.
Her focus will be on organisation design, trade union relationships and ensuring employees continue to be provided with the support and opportunities for a successful career. She also aims to enhance the use of HR technology to support the business’ extensive nationwide operation, ranging from national sortation centres, transport and local service centre operations.
Richardson has more than 20 years of experience in human resources with a proven track record of delivering business improvements and managing relationships with key stakeholders. She previously led the HR business partner and recruitment teams at Yodel.
