PWC, the Motor Neurone Disease Association and Deloitte are among the organisations that will address attendees at Employee Benefits Live 2018 on Tuesday 2 and Wednesday 3 October.
During the course of the two-day event, delegates will hear experts discuss a wide variety of topics impacting the reward, benefits and compensation sectors. The conference programme will comprise five different subject streams on each day, including workplace pensions, health and wellbeing, employee engagement, HR strategy, benefits strategy, financial wellbeing, benefits technology, global reward, diversity and inclusion and benefits on a budget.
Sarah Churchman, people director, chief inclusion, community and wellbeing officer at PWC, will speak as part of the benefits strategy stream on day one of the event. The session, titled ‘Creating a work culture to support flexible working’, will be chaired by Dominic Taylor, head of enterprise for Reward Gateway.
Peter Reeve, head of HR for the Motor Neurone Disease Association and chair of the Charities HR Network, will address delegates in the benefits on a budget stream on October 3. Chaired by Neil Goodwin, reward director of HR at Countrywide Group, Reeve’s session will provide first-hand insight into the biggest issues impacting HR in the third sector.
In the global reward stream on day two, Louise Worbey, head of global mobility at Deloitte, will address a session on lump-sum flex approaches to assignee packages, chaired by Anthony York, director at Only People. Information will be provided on meeting assignee demands for flexibility while maintaining cost control, flex approaches to relocation provisions and the role of technology as an enabler.
In between conference sessions, attendees can network with peers and visit the exhibition hall to learn more about the latest innovations on the market.
