Personnel Today has introduced a new category for its 24th annual awards ceremony: the Reward, Recognition and Benefits award.
HR and learning and development individuals or teams that have led an innovative project, helped people adjust to significant change, or delivered cost-savings through people policies are encouraged to celebrate all they have achieved in the past year with a night out to remember, which includes a champagne reception, celebrity host, three-course fine-dining menu, awards ceremony and after party.
The deadline for entries is 10 June and there are 24 categories, including five new ones for this year. As well as the Reward, Recognition and Benefits award, these are the Candidate Experience Award, the Performance Management Award sponsored by Lattice, the Workplace Culture Award sponsored by HSBC, and the Talent Acquisition Partner of the Year.
A full list of awards criteria is available on the Personnel Today Awards website. Download the entry guide here.
Almost 800 professionals attended a glittering ceremony at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel for last year’s event, which returned in-person for the first time since 2019. This year’s awards ceremony will take place on 15 November. Past celebrity hosts include Russell Kane, Claudia Winkleman and Hugh Dennis.
