Employee Benefits Connect 2019, the one-day conference and exhibition for in-house senior HR, benefits and reward professionals, is taking place tomorrow (Wednesday 27 February 2019) at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.
Delegates will be able to gain insights on and discuss leading trends in benefits and reward, thanks to an extensive conference programme; this will be opened at 9.30am by Raashi Sikka, diversity and inclusion lead at Uber, and closed by Michelin star chef Michael Caines MBE.
The conference will cover five topic streams: recognition and motivation, performance, health and wellbeing, technology and engagement.
Sharing expertise on the day will be Heike Avramovic, head of reward and policy at Siemens, Nebel Crowhurst, head of people experience at River Island, Gemma Dainty, reward manager at KP Snacks, Charlotte Frost, benefits and wellbeing manager, HR at Schroders and Neil Goodwin, reward director, HR at Countrywide, among others.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to partake in huddle sessions, allowing for more intimate discussions and brainstorming around subjects such as artificial intelligence, holistic mental health, the future workforce and flexible and voluntary benefits. There are 12 huddle sessions running three times each during the course of the event.
Furthermore, delegates will be able to browse and explore exhibition stands featuring the latest products and services, as well as network with peers and leaders over a catered buffet lunch and regular refreshment breaks.
Follow #EBConnect19 and @EmployeeBenefit for up-to-date action throughout the day. Our editorial team will also be sharing their views at @kavithasiva_EB, @jess_jbird, @tynanbartonEB and @katiescott_eb.
We look forward to seeing all delegates at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge tomorrow!
