Employee Benefits webinar, in association with Mercer Marsh Benefits, Creating a digital-first experience to boost wellbeing outcomes, is due to be broadcast live at 11am on Tuesday 20 May.

Attendees will be able to hear Debbie Lovewell-Tuck, editor of Employee Benefits, and a panel of experts talk about why employers should take a digital-first approach to boost wellbeing outcomes, what they should consider to create the best approach for their workforce demographic, and how they can ensure staff feel supported.

During the webinar, the panel will also discuss the role personalisation plays in a digital-first health strategy, how employers can reach individuals who may not engage with health issues, how they can boost take-up with wellbeing tools and benefits, how to get appropriate access to data, and how to achieve optimum integration between systems.

It will explore what is coming in the future and what can be achieved with data. 

The expert panel will include:

  • Niall Silvestro, team leader, reward and analytics at Aberdeenshire Council
  • Josephina Smith, reward director at British Airways

Viewers will be able to submit their questions to the panel throughout the event.
