Lucky Voice expands employee assistance programme

Lucky VoiceSocial entertainment brand Lucky Voice has extended its employee assistance programme (EAP) to include mental health and wellbeing support.

Lucky Voice added a suite of resources and self-help tools to the EAP, aimed at supporting its 87 employees both physically and emotionally, from managing anxiety to breathing techniques.

The business also launched a four-week self-help programme that has been designed to help staff through small yet important lifestyle changes, such as sleeping better or addressing smoking and alcohol consumption.

The EAP has also been expanded to include support regarding debt management, household budgeting and civil disputes.

Lucky Voice made the decision to introduce this due to its core value that staff should feel like work is a positive factor in their lives, and its aim to protect and enhance their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
